Sea buckthorn oil is extracted from yellow-orange berries, slightly smaller than a blueberry. There are two types: the seed oil, which comes from the seeds, and the fruit oil, which comes from the fleshy pulp. The fruit oil is a dark red or reddish orange in color and thicker than the seed oil.
